THE GRADUATE PROGRAM

Our graduates share our commitment to excellence and achievement and are rewarded for their skill. You'll find that our entire team is friendly and approachable, and as a new member, you'll be paired up with a 'Buddy' and mentor, to help you settle in quickly.

Key aspects of the Graduate Program include:

• Ongoing 'on the job' training
• Weekly technical and business training tailored for recent graduates
• Professional development training every month covering technical and soft skills to help you become a better consulting accountant or financial advisor
• Access to the firm's professional development library
• Support for your post-grad studies (e.g. CA, CPA or FPA)
• External opportunities for further professional development, such as seminars and conferences

The 2010 graduate intake is now complete and we are unable to consider new applications for this year. We will be calling for interest for the 2011 Graduate Program in late 2010.
